Meet Our Team

Sol Rodriguez has been in the Call Center industry since 2007 - right after she finished her degree in Mass Communication. She started working as part of a Human Resources Team in the Philippines biggest telecoms company and then later on joined the Call Center operations in late 2007.

In 2009, she joined one of the US’ largest telecommunications company servicing enterprises all over the world. She was later on promoted and handled her own team, did quality audit, handled escalations as a Communications Specialist. She joined CommSoft RMS in 2013 and handled our Support Team. With more than a decade of experience in the industry, she has not only equipped herself but she’s been leading our group as well by conducting trainings for our own staff.
Technical Support Manager
Carina joined CommSoft RMS as Corporate Communications Officer on March 31, 2017 with 6 years of professional experience. She finished her degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and started her career in Marketing and Events industry, after graduation.

As an Account Executive, she was responsible for estimating, planning, execution and administration of multiple client projects, as she ensured successful implementation of the media plan in constant pursuit of delivery based on client expectations. Her technical skills on digital communications, creatives and production enable her to contribute her knowledge in the growth of the firm.
Corporate Communications Officer
As Marketing & Sales Manager, Kris joined CommSoft RMS on March 31, 2017. She graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Development Communication Major in Educational Communication. She worked as a Management Trainee in one of the country’s fastest rising advertising agency.

Her key competencies include communication skills: producing audio, visual, audio visual materials, writing and editing articles, modules and program proposals and conducting communication research.
Sales & Marketing Manager
An experienced Technical Support Associate for 8 years, Jeff was responsible for addressing real time inquiries about internet service, monitoring and tracking technical issues to ensure accurate resolutions, meeting established contact center metrics and making sure that team escalation percentage is kept to a minimum. He is knowledgeable in PC troubleshooting, computer networking & software installation.

Jeff joined CommSoft RMS as Technical Support Associate on March 31, 2017. He graduated from the University of Makati after taking Bachelor of Science in Computer Network Administration.

With a degree in Computer Science Major in Computer Network Administration, Chi is a proficient troubleshooter with strong and diverse knowledge in PC, software, hardware and internet. He is patient and is able to walk user through troubleshooting and repair process. To expand his knowledge and to assist in the continued improvement of the organization is his objective in joining CommSoft RMS in 2017.

He has 8 years of experience providing technical support for all known issues and managing computer and network connectivity

Debi took Computer Engineering from Adamson University.

Having worked as Message Handling Specialist, Telemarketer, Trainer, Administration Staff, Teacher, Field Researcher, Executive Assistant and Instructional Manager after graduation, she has gained a lot of professional experience from different industries.

Susana was a former Senior Associate in global business process outsourcing before joining CommSoft RMS in 2017. Having worked within the call center industry for 10 years, she has developed a wide range of skills in all aspects of customer service including technical support. She's responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls - identifying and assessing customers' needs and providing appropriate resolution with accurate, valid and complete information to achieve satisfaction.

She earned her degree in Chemical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology. To be able to use her God-given talents to contribute to the company's growth and development by helping others have a better life is her objective in joining CommSoft RMS.

She worked as a Customer Service Representative and her skills include full format and installation of Windows XP, 7, Linux Ubuntu and basic networking.

Ivan John S. Payacag earned his degree in Information Technology from AMA Computer College and worked as a Documentation Associate in a fast-growing freight forwarding company after graduation. With 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in the call center industry, he continues to apply his skills and knowledge in computer technicalities, programming, MySQL as Technical Support Associate after he joined CommSoft RMS.

May Joy is currently a Technical Support Associate. She earned her degree in Elementary Education- Major in General Education from Taguig City University, Philippines and passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) after graduation. She has 3 years of experience in Customer Service and 2 years in the teaching profession as a Grade School Teacher for English, Math and Science in a private school before joining CommSoft RMS.

After taking Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Joms continues her studies to enhance her skills by getting a Masters degree from graduate school.

With more than six years of work experience, she has gained special skills in leadership, computer, English and communication proficiencies. With the ability to self-manage, she can work under pressure and is self-motivated. Her technical skills include web development, mobile development, project management and linux server management.

Jamie earned her degree in Information Technology from the University of Sto. Tomas. She developed her skills in HTML and CSS, Java, PHP, MySQL, Cisco Networking, Android Development and Blender.

She was issued a certificate in Microsoft Technology Associate: Data Base Administration Fundamentals and gained professional experience as Mobile Developer before joining CommSoft RMS this year.

Having worked as a System Developer in the software industry, Anna was a Software Engineer/Programmer skilled in HTML, Python, VB and Net and PHP Programming, SQL Query, C++, JAVA, JavaScript and C# Programming Language.

She earned her degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology from Centro Escolar University.

A goal-oriented IT professional seeking for a challenging network-related position in a well-known and stable company, Michael wants to use and apply his skills to contribute success and progress to CommSoft RMS. He graduated Cum Laude in B.S. Computer Science and earned Academic Excellence Award for Associate in Computer Science.

With more than ten years of work experience, he is adept at computer network and systems. He is currently a Computer Programmer/Developer.

Dave was a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Accounting from Jose Rizal Technology. He gained his work experience as Reconciliation Analyst, where he was responsible for reconciling Treasury Books and clearing transactions. His career objective is to work in a company wherein he can utilize his knowledge and abilities - to contribute towards developing and expanding business opportunities with a chance to advance in management role in this endeavor.
